GCE’s voluntary withdrawal - A done deal for minority shareholders?
Shareholders of Grand Central Enterprises Bhd (GCE) will congregate on 13 September 2024 to decide the fate of the Proposed Withdrawal of GCE’s listing from the Bursa Malaysia. If successful, this deal would be another “not fair but reasonable” privatisation offer, echoing similar sentiments from previous privatisation exercises.
