    Objective:
    To recognize company which able to hold its AGM within two months from its financial year end

    Criteria of Award:
    - Selection from the Top 20 Company from the CG Overall
    - Conducted AGM within 2 months from financial year end

  2. Best Conduct Of AGM Award

    Objective:
    To recognize companies which conducted their AGMs well and took cognizant of the shareholders’ rights

    Criteria of Award:
    - Selection from the Top 20 Company under CG Overall
    - Minutes of AGM published on the Company’s website
    - Scored well in the ASEAN CG Scorecard parameters relating to the minutes of AGM
    - Scored well in the conduct of assessment of AGM by MSWG analysts

    Objective:
    To recognize companies which have good policies and practices on ESG and implement such activities effectively with strong emphasis on sustainability

    Criteria of Award:
    - Selection from the Top 20 Company under CG Overall
    - Scored well in the parameters in the scorecard relating to the ESG policies and practices
    - Has a separate and comprehensive ESG report

    Criteria of Award:
    - Top mid, small and micro companies with the highest overall CG Scores
    - Must be in top 100 companies under the Transparency Category

    Objective:

    Criteria of Award:

    - Highlights issues regarding CG matters for the year

  7. CEO of the Year Award

    Objective:
    To award CEO for his/her Company’s CG practices in line with the “Growth with Governance” theme aspired in the CG Blueprint and has influenced his/her companies internationally. He or she must also have had driven ESG agenda during the year,

    Criteria of Award:
    - Visionary, enterpreneurial and dynamic
    - Good presentation of the Company’s financial performance and industry outlook at AGM and able to respond well to shareholders’ questions
    - Thecompany must be top 20 in the Transparency and Performance
    - The Company must have global foot print driven by the CEO
    -Has driven the ESG agenda during the year

  8. Chairman of the Year Award

    Objective:
    To award the Chairman for his/her Company’s CG practices in line with the “Growth with Governance” theme as aspired in the CG Blueprint and must also have had driven ESG agenda during the year

    To award Chairman amongst the Malaysian PLCs for exemplary leadership in the Company he or she helms

    Criteria of Award:
    - Ability to lead the Board towards practising high CG standards
    - Ability to conduct the AGM well and take cognizant of the shareholders rights at the AGM
    - The Company must be in the Top 20 in the transparency and performance criteria
    - He or she must have driven ESG agenda such as promoting board diversity and socially responsible activities for the year

    Objective:
    To recognize companies with best CG disclosures based on the ASEAN CG Scorecard assessment

    Criteria of Award:

    Objective:

    Top 5 companies with the highest overall CG scores and performance based on 85% transparency and 15% performance (performance indicators such 3-year average ROE and Total Shareholders Return).
